Parody Video: Holy Thursday
Here is my latest parody video. It is a parody of The Mamas & The Papas classic “Monday, Monday,” called “Holy Thursday.”
The purpose of the song is to share all the goings on that occur at Church on Holy Week, especially as one enters the Triduum (the three days from Holy Thursday evening to Easter Sunday morning). There is a lot of activity, to say the least. It is a feast of spiritual riches, that all Christians should take a part of.
I had great fun making this video, the first from my own studio. I will be making more.

Nice job Nick, especially considering it’s your first, loved the little snippets of old movies you weaved in.
Looking forward to the next one.

Loved it. I wonder if you are going to put out a DVD of your videos. I was surprised you didn’t title it Maundy Thursday.
Thank you so much!
The “Maundy” Thursday was a total blind spot for me. When I became Catholic, I only heard it as “Holy Thursday”, and not the “Maundy Thursday” I heard from my youth. If I had known, I would’ve made it so.
Thanks for the DVD idea. I will keep that in mind in the coming months. God Bless!
